Brotherhood accounts use ChatGPT sign-in. We store your profile, photo, directory preference and membership status so these features work across devices. Your sign-in email is not automatically added to the directory.

Find a Brother is optional and off by default. If you opt in, active paying members can see your chosen display name, bio, photo, county and contact details while your paid membership is active. No precise location is collected. You can edit your details, remove your photo or unlist yourself in My account.

Stripe processes subscription payments and holds billing details; The Brotherhood does not store card numbers. Profile data is kept while your profile exists. To request a copy or deletion of your data, email info@thebrotherhoodcommunity.com. Billing records may need to be retained separately.

Contact and check-in tools prepare messages on your device. Nothing is sent through those tools until you choose to send it. The site hosting service, ChatGPT and Stripe operate under their own privacy policies. No advertising trackers have been added by The Brotherhood.
